CONTAR.SI + LARGO + CARACTER COMODÍN

Actualmente tengo esta fórmula   =CONTAR.SI (G457:AK457;"*F")

Necesito que solo cuente las (efes)  de la fila pero que tengan más de un carácter, es decir, si aparece F (no cuenta), si aparece XXF si cuenta o cualquier otro Caracter aleatorio / comodín "*F"

=SUMA(--(SI.ERROR(HALLAR("*F*";G457:AK457);)+(LARGO(G457:AK457)>1)>1))

Que tal a todos, mi propuesta de solución: 

=SUMAPRODUCTO(CONTAR.SI(G457:AK457;{"?";"??"}&"F"))

=MMULT({1\-1};CONTAR.SI(G457:AK457;{"*F*";"F"}))
