tengo una lista por ejemplo tengo

y quiero pasarlo a

todo en celdas separadas tengo 200 filas quisiera saber si hay alguna manera gracias de antemano x las respuestas

En primer lugar, como consejo, no olvides algunas normas básicas de cortesía: saludar no le hace daño a nadie.

En segundo lugar, no sabemos cómo están los datos iniciales dispuestos, así que... como indican las normas del foro (que sería bueno que las leyeras), sube un archivo Excel ejemplo no superior a 100kb. de cómo tienes los datos y cómo deseas que queden, para que encuentres mejor ayuda.  ¡Bendiciones!
