TRAER SOLO FORMATO DE FECHA

Buenas
Necesito de su ayuda, he intentado usar formulas SI con Fecha pero no he tenido éxito,
Necesito que en la columna O del archivo adjunto me tome la fecha que aparece en la celda B2, El tema es que B2 no puede ser fijo ya que por cada día hábil se genera una nueva tabla dentro del mismo archivo. Necesito poder arrastrar la formula y si no tiene formato de Fecha que no me la copie. Espero haber sido claro
