He venido a pedir ayuda a ver si alguno me puede sacar de este lio de trabajo.
Me da la sensación que es básico pero a mí no me sale. Es establecer una relación de proporcionalidad teniendo en cuenta una cantidad de horas fija 1200, que los empleados trabajan en el año. Esa cantidad se va a dividir en 12 meses. Pero los empleados no van a trabajar 100 horas por mes, sino que va a variar, y el problema es que según trabajen más o menos, la producción va a crecer más que proporcionalmente o menos que proporcionalmente. Es decir, si trabajan 50 horas, en vez de 100, van a producir menos, pero más que proporcionalmente. Es decir, la producción va a caer 0,5,% por cada 1% que caigan las horas trabajadas. Y al revés cuando la producción sube.
Bueno, en el excel está mejor explicado, y si alguien me saca de este problemón que tengo que resolver en el trabajo me ha salvado la vida.
