Cambio color semáforos

Buenos días,

Estoy haciendo una columna con semáforos con cuatro posibles valores de rango. Excel me permite para ello utilizar los colores Rojo, Amarillo, Verde y Negro. El problema es que necesitaría sustituir el color Negro por el Azul, ¿Sería posible?

Excel ya trae por defecto esos colores lamentablemente (hasta donde se) no se pueden cambiar a gusto
