Como sumar y restar horas

hola Amigos:

Necesito puedan ayudarme ya que no se como puedo hacer que la restar dos celdas con horas me entregue le resultado negativo o positivo según corresponda, usando la misma formula

por ejemplo si en

HORAS TRABAJADAS HORAS ESTABLECIDAS DIFERENCIAS

08:35 09:00 -00:25

09:20 09:00 00:20

TOTALES -00:05

en el campo direfencias debe aparecer la diferencia entre las horas trabajadas y las horas establecidad y al final un total con la suma d elas diferencias , en este caso -00:05

Ojala puedan ayudarme

Para que te arroje horas negativas, creo que tienes que marcar, en las opciones de Excel -> Avanzadas, la opción de "Usar sistema de fechas 1904".

Prueba y comenta.
