Extraer el mes con letra, a traves del numero que lleva aparejado en el año.

Hola,

 

Perdonad mi ignorancia en el mundo del excel, pero me he apuntado por que quiero y necesito aprender. Alguien sabría como es la formula para que yo escriba un numero del 1 al 12 en la celda que denomino B14, y me aparezca en la celda B15 su correspondiente mes escrito a letra???  Y por ultimo, alguien sabría recomendarme como empezar a pelearme con el excel desde algo básico?? algo tipo, el excel es tu amigo, no lo abandones, el nunca lo haría,.. ;.)) es broma, y va en serio, me serviría gracias
