Error en formato de celda

¿Alguien conoce el motivo por el que aparece este formato de celdas si en la celda señalada figura un texto?

Solo ocurre en algunas celdas de una hoja. Todas las celdas han sido extraidas de la misma fuente de datos y se han tratado por igual.

Este problema provoca que no pueda copiar el contenido de la celda en otro lugar...

ese (pseudo) formato "numérico" aparece en cuanto el contenido de una celda excede los 255 caracteres (a partir del caracter 256)
