Concatenar Texto con Fecha larga

Estimados,

Junto con saludar, me gustaría consultar si existe esa posibilidad.

A modo de ejemplo, tengo una celda que tiene la fecha de hoy (11-05-2020), pero me gustaría convertirla a fecha larga y concatenarla con un texto de tal manera que se vea así:

Avance de Ventas del lunes, 11 de Mayo 2020. 

 

A lo que la formula quedaría de la siguiente forma:

="Avance de Ventas del "&(INSERTAR FECHA LARGA AQUI)

 

Se podrá hacer?
