Encontrar cualquier símbolo de una cadena

Hola!

 

Estoy tratando de automatizar una plantilla, y a veces tengo símbolos como los siguientes dentro de cadenas:

 

10,000 + 100

10,000 tuberías -> 1 caja

3,500 tubos = 2%

 

Lo que estoy tratando de hacer es encontrar los valores antes y después de los símbolos, pero no quiero seleccionarlos uno por uno ya que demoraría mucho. Gracias
