Convertir número externo en horas, minutos y segundos

Estimados amigos alguien que me pueda ayudar solucionando este problema que se me ha presentado ya que tengo un número con un formato desconocido que se extrajo externamente a través de un equipo de medición y que no puedo convertir a formato de hora válido en excel, quisiera poder convertir en horas:minutos:segundos.

Si alguien me pudiera ayudar indicando como puedo convertir el número.
