Ayuda con calculo de porcentajes

Hola a todos.

Necesito realizar una formula para calcular el porcentaje por sexo de los estudiantes que tienen nota mayor a 4,0 y en otra celda los que tiene menor a 4,0

Ojala me puedan ayudar, adjunto una planilla.

Que tal, mi propuesta de solución con fórmula matricial: 

=CONTAR.SI.CONJUNTO(D7:D13;IZQUIERDA(H9:H10);E7:E13;">5")/CONTAR.SI(D7:D13;IZQUIERDA(H9:H10))

Es decir, si no existiera Excel y tuvieras sólo papel, lápiz y una calculadora, ¿cómo abordarías ese problema?
