Agradezco el apoyo con lo siguiente:

Cuando cambio el formato de fecha de esta columna a formato fecha esta genera una error, (básicamente el error es porque las abreviaturas de los meses están en español) ¿Existe una manera de solucionarlo de manera practica? De antemano, gracias.

Gracias por tu apoyo.  Lo he intentando pero sig ue el mismo error, no se si halla realizado el proceso como lo indicaste.
