Extraer un valor desde un archivo ubicado en google drive

Hola, existe la posibilidad de traerme un valor que esta en un archivo de Excel que esta compartido en la nube? Quiero alimentar un archivo de Excel que tengo en mi PC, gracias

He leído varios casos pero ambos archivos están en la nube, que no es mi caso.
