Ajuste de filas automatico

Hola que tal esperando contar con su apreciable colaboración para ver si hay una posible solución.....

 

Resulta que tengo combinadas dos filas, pero en esas dos fila esta un texto que se arrastra de otra hoja, lo cual siempre tengo que estar ajustándolo para que se note todo el texto, si alguien pudiera ayudarme con este problema, lo agradecería mucho.

Anexo un ejemplo para mayor comprensión de lo que necesito me apoyen.
