por que mi filtro no funciona

No puedes poner el encabezado como criterio del filtro, sin saber qué quieres hacer: 

Range("DN1:DQ219").AdvancedFilter Action:=xlFilterCopy, CriteriaRange:= _
        Range("DW2:DZ2"), CopyToRange:=Range("DW3:DZ280"), Unique:=True

si tengo el otro libro y el mismo filtro y funciona normal

por favor alguien me colabore funcionando este filtro ¿no entiendo en que falla realmente ? tengo otro libro y funciona perfectamente y en este libro no lo hace ¿que sucede?
