Crear base de datos que se actualice al modificar la celda

Saludos y gracias la ayuda

Estoy haciendo algo super simple para crear unas tablas de costos, necesitaría saber si puedo hacer una base de datos en una hoja nueva,  que agregue un nuevo valor cada vez que modifique la celda en la tabla principal. Lo que quiero con impresión es crear una gráfica con las variantes mostradas al modificar dicha celda.
