Abrir varias hojas de excel a la vez, o varias ventanas

Buenos dias a todos.

Voy a ir al grano para que me entendais:

Tenemos un club de tiro y queremos hacer lo siguiente: mientras el operador introduce las puntuaciones en el ordenador en las hojas ST 1, ST 2, ST 3, etc. queremos que el ACTA aparezca con las puntuaciones actualizadas en tiempo real en una proyector que tenemos para que las vean los espectadores. Creo que me he explicado con claridad, pero si alguien tiene alguna duda que lo pregunte.....¿alguien puede ayudarnos?.
