Sumar horas de listbox

Saludos amigos foreros

De nuevo recurro a su ayuda para resolver un problema que me tiene atrancado por mucho que me esfuerzo, intento sumar las horas trabajadas desde 2 listbox los agrego a unos textbox y sumo estos, aqui tengo el problema, tambien me sucede que dentro del list el formato de hora no me aparece

Espero que puedan eharme una mano
