Te dejo un "DTPicker" made in Macro Antonio, hecho con 1 Textbox, 1 CommandButton y 1 Monthview. Ejecuta el formulario del adjunto.

Tiene la ventaja de poder dejar en blanco el TextBox.

Funciona mejor que el original!

No hay que hacer demasiado para eso, y eso que seguramente no sabes que si tienes DTPicker's en un control Multipage, pierden el valor al cambiar de pestaña.
