Buscar parte de un texto en un rango

Buenas, que fórmula necesito para hacer lo siguiente;

A1 = Dol.01

Quiero buscar Dol con IZQUIERDA(A1;3) en el rango B1:B3

B1 = Margarita

B2 = Dolores

B3 = Claudia

¿Que fórmula me devuelve el número 2 que es la fila donde está dolores?

Otra opción, utilizando el mismo comodín ofrecido por Ioyama, la única diferencia que es con buscarv.

=BUSCARV("*"&IZQUIERDA(A1;3)&"*";$B$1:$B$3;1;0)[/PHP]
