Actualizar al abrir libro

Hola buenas, como puedo hacer para que al abrir el libro excel 2010 se actualice solo, sin tener que darle al mensaje que me sale, he mirado en archivo> opciones y no veo donde poder configurarlo para que se actualice solo al abrir el libro.

Hasta hace un par de días tenia office 2007

al final trasteando a sido a si:

Datos>Editar vinculos>pregunta inicial>no mostrar la alerta y actualizar vinculos

jeje.. que tonteria pero hasta que das con ello jaja...
