Hola.

Instale Voz Isabel en español para Windows. O sea que ya tengo el original en Ingles de Microsoft Anna y la de Isabel.

¿Alguien sabe como configurar la voz de Isabel en vez de Anna en Excel?

Esto depende de la voz que esta seleccionada en el sistema operativo.

Tienes que abrir el panel de control dentro está "Reconocimiento de voz" ,abrelo.

Ahora elige la pestaña "Texto a voz" ,en el formulario que se muestra tiene que haber un apartado para seleccionar la voz.

La voz que seleccionas es la que se aplica a excel.

Nota:.Según el sistema operativo la ubicación para configurar la voz puede cambiar.
