Soy nuevo en Excel solo se lo basico.
Me estoy haciendo una planilla para el control de horas trabajados para
Poder luego cotejar con el recibo de pago.
Tengo un problema con las horas nocturnas que comienza a las 22:00 horas.
No se como hacer la función (o me funciona para cuando es menor pero no para cuando es mayor)

pero solo me anda si h. salida es mayor a 22:00
