Poner consecutivo cada 2 celdas dentro de una fila

Hola buenos días.

Por favor me pueden ayudar con el siguiente problema.

tengo que poner un consecutivo a una fila empezando desde la celda C4 inicio con el numero 1, y cada 3 celda debo poner el consecutivo 2 y así salta otras 3 celdas y poner el consecutivo 4.

=SI(RESIDUO(COLUMNA();3);"";ENTERO(COLUMNA()/3))
