Formula para poner número consecutivo a la derecha pero con condición

Hola buenas tardes:

En una hoja de Excel necesito agregar un numero consecutivo a partir de la celda D2 con el número 1 y así ir aumentando a la derecha.

El problema es que solo debe poner el consecutivo si en la celda siguiente (Abajo) hay un valor. ejemplo en E2 debe ir el consecutivo 2, siempre y cuando haya un valor en E3.
