Ayuda con turbo filtro

Hola buenos días, me encontré el Turbo filtro que subio el estimado @Gerson Pineda en el foro.

Me funciona de maravilla, pero quería ver la posibilidad de hacer un cambio, tengo las primeras 5 filas del archivo inmovilizadas y me gustaría que cuando se aplicara el filtro estas se sigan visualizando ya que están tienen datos que necesito para poder verificar bien los datos que filtro.

Adjunto el archivo, muchas gracias de antemano.
