Problemas para horas trabajadas

Hola , favor pido su ayuda , quiero contar las horas trabajadas dependiendo del horario que trabajo el turno tengo una formula que funciona , pero cuando es de 6 pm a 3 am esa formula no me funciona y me cuenta mal las horas. Dejo archivo de referencia
