formulario ( UserForm ) con atajos de teclado

Como hago para que  formulario ( UserForm ) me ejecute una cierta accion con un comando de teclas acinadas

de antemano muchas gracias el que me pueda ayudar

1) agrega una etiqueta (Label) estratégicamente colocado cerca de cada control (textbox, combobox, etc.)
 
2) asigna un Caption apropiado al control que se activara (Nombre, Apellidos, etc.)
 
3) establece un caracter como tecla de aceleración
 
4) IMPORTANTE: en el orden de tabulación te aseguras que "la etiqueta" PRECEDA a "su control"
la tecla {Alt} + la tecla asignada serán los aceleradores (o atajos de teclado en el formulario)
