Funcion SI

Buenas, tengo un dilema con función SI.

Quiero utilizar la formula SI en Viáticos con los textos "se abona los viáticos" en el caso de tener mas de 250km y "No se abona los viaticos" en el caso de que haya menos de 250k.

Busqué miles de maneras para resolver pero hasta ahora, no pude resolver.
