Asignación por condiciones

Hola a todos:
Necesito dar solución a la problemática presentada en el adjunto que anexo.
El problema consiste en hacer asignaciones para asegurar por inventario o compra determinado producto. Caigo en referencias circulares que me impiden por la vía que conozco desarrollar una solución automática correcta a mi necesidad de inventario.
Espero alguien pueda saber cómo ayudarnos a todos con el tema o alguna variante de alternativa.
