Buscar una palabra en un texto y que devuelva esa palabra

Buenas a todos,

Necesitaba de su ayuda para saber como podría encontrar una cierta palabra en un texto y que me arroje en otra celda esa palabra..

Ejemplo: Con direccion de Domicilio, las direccion van por "ZONAS", de la 1 a la 18, lo que necesito es buscar la ZONA segun la direccion y que me devuelva que ZONA es...

21 AV. 1-71 ZONA 14 LAS VICTORIAS -- Me tendría que devolver "Zona 14"

5 AV. 20-39 ZONA 14 -- Me tendría que devolver "Zona 14"

11 CALLE 12-33 ZONA 11 ROOSEVELT -- Me tendría que devolver "Zona 11"

19 AV. 16-30 ZONA 10 -- Me tendría que devolver "Zona 10"

Espero haberme explicado. igual pongo un excel de como me tendria que quedar..
