Crear base de datos en xls con seguimiento de registros modificados

Hola

Me gustaría crear un sistema que me permita introducir cambios en los registros de clientes

Que guardar todos los cambios realizados para verlos en cualquier momento

Y luego genere una lista sólo con los registros con los últimos cambios (actualizados)

Adjunto xls con ejemplo
