A que es debido cuando voy a una celda con el raton para selecionarla automáticamente se me pone el cursor y por ese motivo no me deja arrastrar el contenido y si la celda tiene una formula me sale la formula y el cursor entre en medio de la formula. también al elegir tres celdas seguidas y arrastrar para abajo se va para el lado con otras tres celdas y no con las selecionadas.

¿a que es debido?

son errores del ofice 13 ?????

debes tener una tecla presionada, quizas es F2. Yo uso Excel 2013 y no tengo ningún inconveniente.
