Como restar mi inventario

Hola tengo una hoja de exel en la cual tengo como facturar y mi inventario el problema que tengo es que no se como hacer que se reste de mi inventario automaticamente en el momento en que realizo una factura actualmente lo hace pero en el momento en que voy a realizar una nueva factura el inventario no se resta el stock de la anterior factura
