Extraer direcciones de email de hipervínculos en imágenes.

Hola a todos, tengo un gran listado de datos en el que aparecen muchas direcciones de correo electrónico. El problema es que esas direcciones están en un hipervínculo asociadas a una imagen (en concreto es un sobre) y lo que me gustaría hacer es poder tener las direcciones en texto sin tener que ir copiando los email uno por uno.

Si alguien me pudiese proponer una solución estaría muy agradecido.
