Extraer números de un texto según ocurrencia

Quisiera extraer el número de unidad cada vez que la ocurrencia sea que aparezca un guión, se traiga 3 caracteres a la izquierda y 3 a la derecha. No importa el lugar en donde esté la unidad 

Ejemplo

Dryer Duct repair/ reconnection: Unit 206-157

Quisiera trarer a una celda únicamente "206-157"
