Ayuda creación de tabla con power bi / query donde me salgan los casos de cada mes con su estado

Hola,

Partiendo de una tabla como la de abajo, donde tiene más columnas, quiero crearme una medida donde me diga:

todos los meses cuantos support tickets hay con un Status X cuyos tickets sean reportados antes de final de mes, por ejemplo

reportados antes del 1/02/2023          contar número de support tickets

reportados antes del 1/03/2023        contar número de support tickets

y así sucesivamente.
