Alguien tiene algún ejemplo de al momento de hacer click en un checkbox te cuente 1 y pegue ese valor en una celda(Celda A30), y al momento de volver seleccionar de nuevo el mismo checbox  te pegue el valor 2 en la celda A 53 y asi hasta el infinito y mas alla?

seria de mucha ayuda para lo que estoy haciendo y no se me ocurre como hacerlo.

Hola Nicolás, te envío el archivo con un ejemplo coloca el numero en la celda A30 al dar click en el checkbox.

necesito mas explicación con respecto a colocar en A30 y luego al A53..... y asi hasta el infinito. que intervalos usaras constantes?
