Buenos dias como estan?

Tengo un documento de excel google docs y quisiera que las celdas cambiaran de color comparando con la hora actual.

EJEMPLO:

SON LAS 12:00 Y LA CELDA MARCA 13:00 - AMARILLO. CUANDO SEAN LAS 12:30 - ROJO

SON TICKETS QUE DEBEN EJECUTARSE ANTES DE LA HORA QUE INDICA, POR LO QUE NECESITO CREAR ALGUNA ALERTA. 

INTENTE CON FORMATO CONDICIONAL PERO NO SE LA FORMULA PARA COMPARAR CON LA HORA ACTUAL. 

 

SI PUEDEN AYUDARME, LES AGRADEZCO DE ANTEMANO.
