Sustituir SUMAPRODUCTO

Hola a Tod@s

Quisiera poder sustituir mediante una Macros o UDF las formulas que tengo en el Rango AX10:DY89, con dichas Formulas consigo el objetivo buscado, pero al ser el Rango E:AT donde actúan las mismas, extremadamente extenso pues se me demoran mucho los cálculos.

En el Archivo que subo explico con mas detalle y de paso intentar automatizar lo mas posible los cálculos, he tenido que reducir el mismo a la minima expresión para que se pueda subir al Foro.

Desde ya agradecido por la colaboración que me puedan ofrecer.
