Error al Enviar Correo via Gmail

Buenas Tardes,

Tengo un proceso (lo he copiado de aqui y de alla) para enviar la hoja activa de un libro de excel como adjunto de un correo via Gmail.

el proceso corre bien hasta el momento del "Send" me genera este error " El proceso no puede accesar el archivo porque esta siendo ocupado por otro proceso" el

correo si lo envia pero sin archivo adjunto.

Alguien sabe a que se refiere esto ? y como puedo solucinarlo?
