Lista desplegable con varias opciones y nombres repetidos

hola gente del foro,lo que preciso es un poco complejo si no se puede ver el archivo;son listas desplegables con aprox.7 u 8 items dependientes entre si;al hacer lista de "nombres" algunos se repiten pero ya que uso la función "indirecto" en las listas, al usar un nombre idéntico(común a varios items) no toma el dato que corresponde en realidad(el siguiente en "indirecto")
