Agendas multiples

Hola a todos.

Necesito organizar las agendas de todas las personas donde trabajo.

Lo primero que necesito es que desde una pestaña tipo base de datos se me despliegue la agenda de quien yo quiera.Lo segundo es que no me deje ingresar actividades que se traslapen para la misma persona.

Ya hice un formato de base y con buscarv intenté que se me llene la agenda pero no lo he logrado. Intenté con importar datos dinámicos y tampoco pude (también revisé si alguien había subido algo así pero no di con alguna plantilla que me sirviera).

Agradecería mucho su ayuda. Aquí hay gente muy experta de excel.
