Macro para abrir pagina web

Buen dia, quisiera molestarlos si alguie por ahi tiene algun codigo que pueda abir una determinada pagina web en Chrome pero que si la pagina ya esta abierta solamente la seleccione sin abrir una nueva ventana, ya que los que he encontrado en internet vuelven a abrir una pagina nueva aunque ya este abierta, y lo que quiero es que abra una sola vez. El codigo lo requiero para Chrome pero me gustaria si hubiera alguno que lo abra en el navegador que esté en uso.
