Enviar imagen de excel por Outlook

He trabajado en la macro de este libro para enviar una imagen especifica por correo mediante Outlook, pero no funciona al 100% pues cuando se ejecuta por primera vez toma la función de dividir el excel y abre Outlook, pero no pega la imagen, si la ejecuto por segunda vez si hace todo bien, quisiera arreglar este problemita pero no encuentro como. por esto solicito su prestigiosa ayuda.
