respaldar datos de una hoja en otra

buenas tardes amigos, 

conocen la forma de ir respaldando datos de una pestaña (X) la cual es modificable,  en una pestaña (Y). donde queden registrados todos los movimientos de pestaña (X) incluso aquellos que se eliminaron.

CELDA A1 NEGRO     CELDA A1 MORADO(REEMPLAZA TEXTO A1)
CELDA A2 BLANCO
