Crear columna en acces desde excel

hola amigos de ayuda excel

he tenido un inconveniente, tengo un formulario en excel que registrar fechas y una tabla en acces que la guarda, pero las guarda verticalmente, necesito que cada vez que inserte una fecha agregue una columna nueva y el nombre va hacer la fecha con la que lo guarda.
