Enviar mail fecha menor 1 mes con mail de mac

Hola,

tengo un excel en mac con dos columnas de registro de fechas de caducidad. Me interesaría que cuando la fecha fuera inferior a 1 mes, enviara un mail de aviso o un texto estándar mediante el programa Mail de Mac.
