Autocompletar datos de una lista

Hola

Soy un poco nueva, y sé que lo que necesito es bien sencillo, pero no lo he logrado hacer

Tengo una celda donde se debe poner el nombre del cliente, me gustaría que se autocompletara a medida que se va escribiendo el nombre del cliente, si no existe que se agregue a la lista.

Agradezco de antemano la ayuda que me puedan brindar
